If a Development Application is required, we can guide you through the process and connect you with the right professionals.

Build with confidence
Once your order is confirmed and your deposit is paid, your cottage is built with care and delivered to the closest suitable sea port.

Prepare your site
Pricing varies depending on the site, selected features and delivery. We will help you understand the requirements before final approval.

Welcome home
With the final price approved, we complete your paperwork and begin the exciting process of bringing your MyCottage home to life.
